Students are the life of our Institute. Their growth and development are our top priorities. And hence, for the welfare of our students, the Institute has laid an elaborate grievance redressal system to facilitate fair resolution of any grievance faced. Students can register an online complaint about their grievance with all the relevant details. The concerned authorities will judiciously act upon every grievance registered over the platform.

Within 15 days of receiving the complaint on the online portal, the concerned Institute will refer the complaint and its comments to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee, who shall appoint a date for the hearing. The date shall be duly communicated to both the concerned institute and the student/s. The student/s may decide to appear in person to present the case or authorize a representative for the same.
