Backlog Clearing & New Subject Passing Guidance Seminar

A seminar on “Backlog Clearing & New Subject Passing Guidance” was organized on 09 April 2026 at S. B. Pandya Auditorium, KJ Institute of Engineering & Technology, Savli from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The seminar was specially arranged for Diploma and Degree 1st Semester failed students and was conducted by Saurabh Makwana.

During the seminar, students were guided regarding effective methods to clear their backlogs and improve their academic performance in upcoming semesters. Through a detailed presentation, students were informed about proper study planning, time management, smart preparation techniques, subject-wise strategies, and ways to reduce exam fear and stress. The session mainly focused on how students can systematically prepare for backlog subjects while simultaneously managing new semester subjects effectively.

In addition to the presentation, some senior students who had achieved good academic results also shared their personal experiences, study methods, and practical tricks for scoring better marks in examinations. Their motivational guidance helped students understand the importance of consistency, regular revision, and proper exam strategy.

The seminar proved to be highly informative, motivational, and beneficial for all participating students. Students actively participated in the session and clarified their academic doubts through interaction with the speaker and senior students.
