DISHA - A Direction for Youth

K. J. Institute of Technology (KJIT) proudly participated in “DISHA – A Direction for Youth”, an inspiring youth-focused programme organized by the Gujarat Employers’ Organisation (GEO) on 25th August 2026 at Hotel Grand Mercure, Vadodara.

A total of 23 students along with 2 faculty members from KJIT attended this enriching event.

The programme provided students with an excellent platform to interact with young entrepreneurs, innovators, social entrepreneurs, youth advocates, and emerging achievers. The inspiring sessions focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, goal setting, career development, and achieving one's dreams with determination and consistent efforts.

The event was particularly valuable for students aspiring to start their own ventures or startups, as they gained practical insights into developing an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities, taking calculated risks, and transforming ideas into meaningful initiatives.

The inspiring stories and experiences shared by the speakers encouraged students to set clear goals, remain focused, believe in their abilities, and work consistently towards achieving their ambitions.
