Objective of this Event
The Alumni Meet was organized to strengthen the relationship between the institution and its alumni, encourage alumni engagement, and provide motivation and guidance to current students through interaction with former students and dignitaries.
Brief Description of the Event
KJIT organized the Alumni Meet 2025 with enthusiastic participation from alumni, faculty members, trustees, and students. Registration and campus visit activities helped alumni reconnect with their alma mater and interact with current students.
The event included a formal welcome session with cultural performances by students, creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere. Senior leadership, including the Principal, former principals, and the Managing Trustee, addressed the gathering and shared insights on institutional growth, values, and the importance of alumni contribution.
A special session titled “Yaadon Ki Baarat” provided alumni an opportunity to share their experiences and memories, inspiring current students. Entertainment activities such as stand-up comedy, drum circle, lucky draw, DJ, Garba, and dinner enhanced interaction and engagement among participants. The event concluded with the distribution of mementos as a token of remembrance.
More than 500+ students and alumni actively participated in the event, making it a grand success and reflecting strong alumni–institution bonding.
