Soft Skill Training Programme

K J Institute of Engineering & Technology, Savli organized a Soft Skill Training Program for final year Degree & Diploma students on 21st, 22nd, and 23rd January 2026.

The training was conducted by Mr Paresh Bhatt Sir, Director of Advice & Assist. The main objective of the program was to improve students’ communication skills, confidence level, personality development, and interview preparation skills.

During the three days, students actively participated in different activities such as group discussions, mock interviews, presentation skills, and team-building exercises. The trainer also guided students on resume writing and professional behaviour.

The program was very informative and beneficial for all students. It helped them prepare better for job interviews and campus placements.

Overall, the training program was successfully completed and received positive feedback from the students.
