A wellness session on Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Practices, and Self-Care was conducted at the S. B. Polytechnic Porch, KJ Campus, on 27 October 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The program included guided yoga postures, relaxation techniques, focused breathing exercises for stress reduction, and a short meditation for mental clarity. Participants also learned practical self-care habits to support daily well-being. The session aimed to promote physical flexibility, emotional balance, and overall mindfulness among attendees.
