Expert Lecture on Team Building

An Expert Lecture on Team Building was conducted on 12th August 2025 at the S.B. Pandya Auditorium, KJIT Savli, exclusively for first-year engineering students. The event commenced with a warm welcome by the faculty coordinator, followed by a formal introduction of the guest speaker, an expert in leadership development and team dynamics. The speaker highlighted the importance of teamwork in both academic and professional environments, and shared real-world insights into how effective communication, mutual respect, and clearly defined roles contribute to successful team performance.

The session was highly engaging, incorporating interactive elements such as role-playing activities and group discussions that allowed students to experience team collaboration firsthand. These activities were designed to encourage participation, build trust, and highlight the importance of listening and adaptability in group settings.
