Industrial Visit at Ultratech RMC Plant, Halol

An industrial visit was organized on 30th August 2025 at Ultratech RMC Plant, Halol by the Civil Engineering Department of K. J. Institute of Engineering and Technology, Savli.

A total of 16 students along with 4 faculty members participated in the visit. The main objective was to provide students with insights into the manufacturing process of Ready Mix Concrete, quality testing procedures, and plant operations.

During the visit, students observed:

• Batching and mixing processes
• Quality control measures
• Storage and handling of raw materials
• Transportation and delivery system of RMC

This visit enhanced the practical knowledge of students and helped them bridge the gap between classroom learning and field practices.
