Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference - Central Gujarat

The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED), Government of Gujarat, organized the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference – Central Gujarat at GSFC University, Vadodara on 29th June 2026. The conference brought together representatives from educational institutions, industry, government departments, entrepreneurs, startups, and skill development organizations to promote entrepreneurship and innovation across the Central Gujarat region.

A key attraction of the conference was the "Sashakt Udyamini Seminar – Women Entrepreneurship Seminar," which focused on empowering women through entrepreneurship, self-employment, and skill development initiatives. The seminar highlighted various Government of Gujarat and Government of India schemes supporting women entrepreneurs, access to finance, startup incubation, market linkages, digital business opportunities, and capacity-building programmes.

Experts from government departments, industry, and successful women entrepreneurs shared their experiences and motivated participants to explore entrepreneurship as a sustainable career option. The conference also provided an excellent platform for networking, exchanging ideas, and developing collaborations between industry, academia, and entrepreneurship support organizations.

Representatives from Jayka Jansahayak Trust – Centre for Skill Development, K.J. Institute of Engineering & Technology, Savli, actively participated in the conference. The team interacted with officials from CED and various stakeholders to explore opportunities for entrepreneurship promotion, skill development programmes, industry partnerships, and future collaborative initiatives.

The event enhanced participants' understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and reaffirmed the importance of creating an enabling environment for aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly women, through training, mentoring, and institutional support.
